Non-Marketing Contact List – Internal Documentation
1. Objective
This structure is designed to manage and track contacts who are being transitioned to Non-Marketing Contact status, along with maintaining a categorized record of such contacts.

3. Schedule Folder (Active Lists)
3.1 Purpose
To track contacts who are scheduled to be converted into non-marketing contacts.
3.2 Lists Included

Contact Scheduled for Setting up Non-Marketing Contact – Category: User
-
Contact Scheduled for Setting up Non-Marketing Contact – Category: Affiliate

Contact Scheduled for Setting up Non-Marketing Contact – Category: Unknown
3.3 Criteria
Contacts are added to these lists when:

They are unsubscribed, or
-
They are marked as non-marketing via workflow, and
-
They are scheduled for conversion to non-marketing contact status
3.4 Important Note

If a contact is marked as a Marketing Contact, it can only be reverted before the end of the current month.
4. List Folder (Static Lists)
4.1 Purpose
To maintain a final and accumulated record of all non-marketing contacts.
4.2 Lists Included

Non-Marketing Contacts – Category: User
-
Non-Marketing Contacts – Category: Affiliate

Non-Marketing Contacts – Category: Unknown
4.3 Characteristics

These are static lists
-
Updated automatically through workflows
-
Represent the final status of contacts who have been converted to non-marketing
5. Summary Workflow Logic

Contacts enter the Schedule lists when identified for conversion
-
At the defined time/process, they are set as Non-Marketing Contacts
-
Once converted, they are added to the respective static list under the List folder
-
Static lists act as the master record for reporting and tracking
