Servicing Team Roles & Permissions Matrix
This guide outlines the access levels and permissions for the Servicing Admin and Servicing Representative roles within our CRM.
Role Overviews

Servicing Admin: Has broad, unrestricted access across most CRM objects and settings, with full view, create, edit, delete, and merge capabilities for team-wide management.

Servicing Representative: Has scoped access tailored for individual contributors. Access is primarily restricted to records they own to maintain data security and focus.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Navigate to Settings: Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your portal [00:36].

Access Users & Teams: Under the Account Management section, click on "Users and Teams" [00:42].

Add the User: Click the "Create user" button. You can manually enter the team member's email address or upload multiple users in bulk using a CSV file [00:56].

Choose Seat Assignment: Select the appropriate seat (e.g., a Core seat for standard access) based on their role requirements [01:40].

Set Permissions: You can build out their access from scratch using the matrix below, or use a saved custom template to easily apply the exact Servicing Admin or Servicing Representative permissions [02:28].

Assign to a Team: Once the user accepts their invite, organize them into their respective team (e.g., Servicing Team) so that team-based permissions and notification rules route correctly [09:18].
